When is my booking confirmed?+
Your seats are held after you submit the form. Final confirmation is issued only after the UPI credit, transaction ID and screenshot are reviewed. You can then open a private ticket link.
Can I book different categories together?+
One booking can contain up to 10 tickets from one category. Make a separate booking for another category.
What should the payment screenshot show?+
Keep the amount, payee and UPI transaction reference visible. Crop or mask unrelated account information.
What if Instagram closes the booking page?+
Your contact and reservation are saved before payment opens. Return to the booking page and use “Find your booking” with the reference and WhatsApp number.
Money was debited but I lost the booking. What now?+
Do not pay again. Use the already-paid form with the UPI transaction ID and screenshot so the team can match it to the bank statement.
Will I receive numbered seats?+
Your category is reserved first. Any exact seat allocation or entry instructions will be included in the final confirmation.
